Hence, when there is too much pressure blocking them, varicose veins show up. Thus, this is how we should target this issue and it is important to act immediately. If you don’t treat this right away, varicose veins can cause even more problems. Most common problems are fatigue, excruciating pain in your legs, tingling, throbbing or feelings of burning. Fortunately, with this homemade serum, you can effectively get rid of varicose veins.
The ingredients you will need for this homemade serum are:
– 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
– 2 drops of witch hazel essential oil
– 4 drops of rosemary essential oil
– 4 drops of lemongrass essential oil.
The best ingredient for varicose veins is the grapeseed oil. It contains a strong antioxidant that will strengthen the capillary walls and the veins; thus, it will reduce the inflammation and it will promote healthy blood flow. For more efficiency, we add to the mix the rosemary and lemongrass essential oils. Both of them improve blood circulation.
In a bowl, mix together all the essential oils and then transfer the mixture into a dropper bottle. Twice a day, make sure you apply a small amount on your legs and massage the mixture into the skin. Make sure you massage the serum until your skin absorbs it completely and don’t rinse it off. Use this serum for at least 3 weeks or until the varicose veins are fading completely.
