– 1 cup of cashew milk (you could also use your dairy milk but I find cashew milk to be more soothing)
– ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
– ½ teaspoon of powdered ginger
– a tablespoon of raw honey.

Here’s how to make it:

Simply pour the cashew milk in a small saucepan and heat it on low on your stove. Watch it closely because you don’t want it to boil, only heating it. Then, stir in the ginger, cinnamon, and the honey and mix very well. Let it simmer for a more minute or two and then take it off the stove. Do not let it get cold though. You will need to drink it while it’s still hot. Hence, pour the tea in your favorite mug and crawl back into bed sipping until you finish the tea.
