You don’t need painkillers to get rid of pain, because there are other tricks and remedies to beat up the pain, especially to get rid of headaches and toothaches.
The ice therapy is very good for health because it helps your body heal and it also feeds it up with energy. If you have a horrible toothache, headache or joint pain, all you have to do is put an ice cube behind your neck (see the picture below). Keep it there for 20 minutes. At first you will feel a cold, but after a few seconds the place should warm you up.
It is advisable to do this exercise every day and you’ll feel a slight state of euphoria. The ice cube stimulates the secretion of endorphins when applied in that place.
So, combat pain just using an ice cube. Although, if the pain persists, you should see a doctor.
